What items are allowed for storage?
Most household and commercial items can be stored, except those restricted by safety or law. Prohibited items include liquids (including alcohol), perishable goods, hazardous or flammable materials, illegal substances, and firearms or ammunition.

How are storage charges calculated?
Storage, pickup, and delivery costs are determined based on the volume of goods and the storage duration. Our move coordinator estimates the required space, and final billing is adjusted based on actual usage at pickup.

When will I receive my move-in invoice?
A token amount is collected at booking confirmation. After pickup and inventory verification, the final move-in invoice is generated within 3–5 working days. Monthly invoices follow as per the billing cycle.

How can I cancel my Classic Packers storage plan?
To cancel, contact your Classic Packers account manager or support team. Early exits before the minimum commitment period may attract termination charges. Item return is typically scheduled within 7 days, subject to availability.

What is the monthly billing cycle?
Your storage subscription begins on the move-in date. Monthly billing repeats on the same date each month, with invoices issued a few days in advance and payment due by the end of the cycle.

What happens if I miss a payment?
Payments should be made on time to avoid penalties. Delayed payments may incur late fees (up to 10% of the outstanding amount). Payment reminders are sent via email and SMS.

Are there extra charges for additional services?
Yes. Services such as dismantling furniture, handling air conditioners, or custom woodwork may involve extra costs. These will be clearly communicated by your Classic Packers coordinator beforehand.

Yes. Our moving partners supply packing materials and assist with packing on pickup day. Special items like pianos, safes, or gym equipment may require prior arrangement.
